RSGa, RSGd, and RSGi: 
Before and during every IG filled:
- Monitor for leaks in hoses and sniffler fittings (vacuum or "sensor" fittings).
- Verify the lances are in good condition (not bent, plugged or broken).

Monthly:
- Clean or replace the hose in-line filter.
- Blow out the machine's internal parts with dry compressed air to remove dust.
- Verify the temp controller is maintaining the aluminum sensor block at 130°F.
- Listen for compressed gas leaks (hissing) and replace fittings or hoses where needed.

Yearly:
- Temp controller should be replaced after 4-6 years of use.
- Mac valves should be replaced after 4-6 years of use.

RSGh, RSGq, and RSGz:
Before and during every IG filled:
- Monitor for leaks in hoses and sniffler fittings (vacuum or "sensor" fittings).
- Verify the lances are in good condition (not bent, plugged or broken).

Monthly:
- Clean or replace the hose in-line filter.
- Blow out the machine's internal parts with dry compressed air to remove dust.
- Blow out the vacuum pump filters with dry compressed air to remove dust.
- Verify the temp controller is maintaining the aluminum sensor block at 130°F.
- Clean the brass vacuum relief fitting with dry compressed air.
- Verify the vacuum relief is set at 10"HG with one line running and sniffler(s) on.
- Listen for compressed gas leaks (hissing) and replace fittings or hoses where needed.

Yearly:
- Temp controller should be replaced after 4-6 years of use.
- Mac valves should be replaced after 4-6 years of use.

ILT-C, ILT-C(P), DS-ILT, and ILT-O:
Before and during every IG filled:
- Monitor for leaks in hoses and sniffler fittings (vacuum or "sensor" fittings).
- Verify the lances are in good condition (not bent, plugged or broken).

Monthly:
- Clean or replace the hose in-line filter.
- Blow out the machine's internal parts with dry compressed air to remove dust.
- Verify the temp controller is maintaining the aluminum sensor block at 130°F (not applicable with the ILT-O).
- Listen for compressed gas leaks (hissing) and replace fittings or hoses where needed.

Yearly:
